of Old Accounts Receivable
We
are experienced in successfully retrieving aged receivables
that have been uncollected or deemed uncollectable by
less skilled billers. A database conversion or other method
to receive and work the uncollected accounts will be arranged.

of Fee Schedules & Encounter Forms
We
will review your fee schedule to ensure your fees
reflect the range charged in your geographical area.
Fees that are higher than any expected payment amounts
will be suggested, to assure you will receive the
highest possible reimbursement.

and ICD-9 codes change regularly. We will review your encounter
form for accuracy and keep you informed of changes and deletions
as they occur. Your forms will also be reviewed annually
at the time the CPT and ICD-9 changes are published. |

and staff concerning documentation requirements
for medical charts, coding, and front desk procedures.
